Blakk Rasta To Nana Aba “It Will Be Awesome To Have You And Stonebwoy On My Show To Discuss Putuu”

Blakk Rasta and radio host Nana Aba Anamoah have been going back and forth on Twitter about a remark Rasta made about Sarkodie’s collaboration with Bob Marley.

Blakk claimed on his radio show that Bob Marley would be “very displeased” with the new version of “Stir It Up” that features Sarkodie..

“What Sarkodie did was nothing but a desecration of the legacy of Bob Marley. It is so shameful, what Sarkodie did is nothing but a desecration of the holy music… should I go deeper? It is like a king has been buried and you go and dig him up, and steal the gold and diamonds that he’s been buried with”.

So @stephenmarley @ziggymarley @JulianMarley @cedellamarley, what’s this new craze of DESECRATING @bobmarley music with these posthumous collaborations? Would Bob have sanctioned this if he was alive today? Remember what he said about his music and @BarryWhite music? Stop this!” he said.

Nana Aba Anamoah hit back at Blakk Rasta for his trolling of Sarkodie by storming Twitter with her own response. She said Blakk Rasta makes such awful music to even criticise Sarkodie in the first place. Recently, she tweeted a video of a song by Blakk in which he sang in Chinese and urged the singer to translate the words for the people of Ghana.

Bro, on the Marley-Sark feature, I’ve said what I have to say to you. Marley’s children & his estate managers are doing what they deem fit for his legacy. Keep catching feelings. I’d however, be happy to come on your show to discuss this song instead. Mentease3!!” she tweeted at Blakk Rasta on February 5.

When Blakk Rasta came across this tweet as sighted above, he clap back and wrote: “Sis, it will be
awesome to have you on my show on @3fm927. I will invite @stonebwoy along to discuss Putuu as well. Maybe the @bobmarley family will help you understand the hook in Bob’s Buffalo Soldier, which goes like this: Woo yo yo Woo wo yoyo….. Full song”
