One Man Thousand: Shatta Wale Fills Up Accra Sports Stadium During Freedom Concert- Watch
Evidently, Shatta Wale was able to fill the Accra Sports Stadium to capacity based on videos and photos that have been circulated widely on the internet so far during his annual Freedom Concert which took place on December 25.
Following Wizkid’s failure to have his fans attend his Wizkid Live Concert In Accra which generated a new wave of discourse on the grapevine, Shatta Wale has proved he’s the man for the big occasion indeed after his legions of fans thronged to the venue in their numbers.
Significantly, Shatta Wale made a stunning entrance into the stadium as he mounted a quad bike. He reportedly performed back-to-back hit songs from his rich repertoire.
Other Ghanaian artists who came to support him were Black Sherif, Joey B., Wendy Shay, Quamina MP, Kofi Jamar, and Phrimpong.

Recall that Wizkid’s concert in Accra flopped after patrons stood for hours waiting for the headliner from Nigeria to come and give them their money’s worth but he was nowhere to be found.
Some attendees and bloggers who attended the event claimed that when local artists such Yaw Tog took the stage to perform, the DJ and MC were left to keep the crowd entertained for more than two hours. Wizkid and the other headliners did not show up to the concert despite the extended wait.
According to numerous web publications, many ticket buyers are asking the performer to return their money to them.
Apparently, Wizkid pulled the no-show when he realised patronage was very low and he was not able to fill even half of the stadium. The event was put together by the Finali Entertainment Group, the parent company of Live Hub Entertainment.
They further promised in a press statement that they will refund the money of all attendees.
