Wizkid, Ayra Starr & Fireboy DML Set to Headline Rolling Loud Festival In Germany

This year’s Rolling Loud Festival is scheduled to feature Wizkid as its headlining. On Friday, February 24, 2023, the news was made via the event’s official Twitter account.

Throughout the three days of the music festival, which is set to take place in Munich, Germany from July 7 to July 9, a number of hip-hop and Afrobeats acts will entertain the crowd that will throng to the venue from different parts of the world.

Tru News Report reckons that the festival weekend will begin on Friday, July 7, with a concert by Wizkid. On the same day, Nigerian musicians Fireboy DML and Mavin Princess, Ayra Starr, will also perform. Wiz will serve as the event’s host for the second time in a row, having previously performed as one of the festival’s stars in 2022.

On Saturday, July 8 and Sunday, July 9, respectively, the performance will also feature headliners Kendrick Lamar and Travis Scott, both American rappers.

Rolling Loud is an international hip-hop music festival held in the United States, Europe, Australia and Canada. Established in 2015, it is “one of the biggest rap-only festivals in the world” according to Complex, while Billboard called it “the be-all of hip-hop festivals”.
