Fire Razes Down Wooden Structures Along Railway Line Near Odaw River

As reported by Graphic Online, a fire broke out on Wednesday evening, engulfing the wooden structures situated along the railway line near the Odaw drain from Adabraka towards Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra.

The fire spread throughout the entire area, which is located beneath a GRIDCo high-voltage transmission line.

Consequently, Adabraka and its neighbouring regions experienced a power outage due to the incident.

Upon receiving the distress call, firefighters promptly arrived at the scene to combat the blaze.

Eyewitnesses informed Graphic Online that the fire originated at approximately 5:30 pm.
