I Will Break His Mouth Anywhere We Meet- Keche Joshua To Pappy Kojo

Keche Joshua, one half of the musical duo Keche, has expressed his displeasure towards Pappy Kojo for making derogatory remarks about them on social media.

Pappy Kojo, also known as the Fante Vandamme, criticized the duo for driving an expensive car and referred to them as “low-cost” musicians who do not live within their means.

In response to these comments, Keche Joshua made a strong statement during an interview on the popular entertainment program “Hammer Time” on Kumasi-based Pure FM. He vehemently stated that they would physically confront Pappy Kojo if they encountered him anywhere.

It is evident that the Ghanaian musicians are not pleased with the negative comments made by Pappy Kojo and are willing to take action to defend their reputation. Keche Joshua was more vocal saying he will open a deep cut on Kojo’s mouth anywhere they cross path.

“He’s a madman. A very mad one. We will beat him up on any day. He should try us.

“I do not want to hear his name but he should dare us and see. We will beat him. He’s a very madman.”

“You, Yvonne Nelson made you, yet when he had a misunderstanding with a colleague, you are the one insulting her and playing her diss song on your shows. Are you okay?…

“He’s a mad man and I will beat him. I will break his mouth anywhere I see him. He’s a criminal,” Keche told the host, Hammer Nti.

Keche, also known as The Skill Team, is a renowned Ghanaian hip-life musical duo that was established in 2004. The duo is composed of Joshua Kojo Ampah and Andrew Kofi Cudjoe. The name “Keche” translates to “skills” in the Akan language. Their debut album, Pressure, released in 2008, propelled them to fame. Keche has received numerous nominations and their song Sokode reached the top of various music charts across Africa.

During the early 2000s, Joshua developed a passion for basketball and football while attending St. John Senior Secondary School. It was during this time that he crossed paths with Andrew, a fellow student and athlete.

Joshua hails from the Central region, while Andrew is from the Western region. Both of them spoke the native Fante language, which allowed them to communicate effortlessly and engage in musical freestyles.

By 2005, the duo had already recorded several demos and mixtapes at various studios in the Tema Metropolis, including One Blaze and Dons Mic. Their determination to record their music led them to the prestigious Highly Spiritual studio, owned by the renowned sound engineer Kaywa.

In 2008, Keche released their first single, “Omogemi,” which was followed by “Ring my bell,” featuring Sarkodie.
