I’m Going to Keep His Family Photos- 50 Cent Says After Winning Lawsuit Against Former Employee Who Embezzled Millions From Him
After winning the $6.2 million lawsuit against a former employee, veteran rapper and businessman 50 Cent made light of his intentions to seize the man’s property, including his house.
In a post on Instagram, the ‘in Da Club’ hit maker reposted reports that he will seize the assets of former Le Chemin du Roi champagne employee Mitchell Green and revealed what he plans to do with his home.
He wrote;
I think i’m gonna put Epoxy floors in this place. I’m gonna keep it and his family pictures around, you know as a theme for the place. LOL #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi
The bubbly business, which was started by Fif’s brand Sire Spirits in 2019, was embezzled of over $2 million by Green, who was found guilty of the crime not long before 50 took office.
Green allegedly increased wholesaler prices while claiming they were “agency fees,” but he only kept the additional cash for himself.
He has been told to give back over $6 million, along with pre-judgment interest, legal costs, arbitrator fees, and other costs. If he won’t pay, 50 Cent has the right to take his personal belongings and other assets. The rapper and Power producer have had cases before where people owed them money after court hearings.
Teairra Mia sued him for revenge porn back in 2018, but she lost and had to pay him $40,000 in court costs as a result.
