After seven months of dating, a Nigerian woman going by the name Joy has disclosed the funny reason she broke up with him.

She revealed to a friend called Dami that her boyfriend had deceived her into believing his name was Bash when in fact it was Bashiru.

She revealed that it was his friend who made it feasible for her to learn the truth while the friends were chatting on WhatsApp.

Joy claims that she believed the moniker he gave her, “Bash,” was a Turkish name and that she believed he had been lying to her for seven months.

Her friend was shocked by the turn of events and asked why she could sever ties with her sexual partner just because of his name.
