Portable Beats Charles Okocha In Celebrity Boxing Fight
In a celebrity match held on Boxing Day, Nigerian singer Portable emerged victorious over actor Charles Okocha, also known as Igwe Tupac.
The fight, which took place at Landmark Beach in Victoria Island, Lagos State, lasted for approximately 40 minutes and concluded in the 4th round. Portable’s win gave him all the bragging rights, as the two have been exchanging banter on social media since they fell out.
The match, sanctioned by Heritage Boxing Entertainment, served as a platform for the duo to settle their differences, which stemmed from alleged contractual issues.
Portable accused Okocha of swindling him out of N40 million, leading to an online feud between the two. According to Portable, Okocha failed to fulfil their contractual agreement and only provided him with a fraction of the agreed-upon amount.
