Vim Lady Sends Fiery Message to Colleagues, Others For Disrespecting Mcbrown Over Media General Move
Media personality Afia Pokuaa who is known widely as Vim Lady has slammed Kwame Nkrumah Tikese and her other colleagues at Despite Media Group for trolling Nana Ama Mcbrown for moving to Media General.
A series of videos shared online shortly after it became official that Nana Ama Mcbrown has severed ties with her employers at United Television saw Kwame Nkrumah Tikese and Kwame Amoh mocking Mcbrown and casting all sorts of innuendoes at her during a live radio programme at Okay FM.
Kwame Nkrumah said the veteran actress cum TV presenter is ungrateful as she betrayed the trust Despite and Fadda Dickson had for her.
According to Kwame Nkrumah, Mcbrown will regret her hasty decision to ditch UTV for Onua TV very soon because Karma will come back for her. As a matter of fact, the Ghanaian social media landscape has been fraught with varied reactions concerning this issue in the last couple of hours.
Ultimately, fans are not impressed that Empress decided to leave UTV after she was groomed by her immediate employers and metamorphosed from an actress to a TV personality.
Based on this, Vim Lady who previously worked with Multimedia Group before joining Despite said ‘transfers’ within the media landscape are commonplace so it’s very bad people are blowing Mcbrown’s issue out of proportion.
She shared her views on Facebook saying;
“A job is a contract to exchange SKILLS/TALENT for SALARY. Nobody is doing anyone any favor by employing them. A contract too can be repudiated or abrogated at any time. The same way, me, Abeiku Santana, Kofi Kum Bilson and Obiyaa left Multimedia to join Despite Media, someone can leave and join another company.
It’s just a job. The OWNERS OF DESPITE MEDIA are okay with McBrown but the disciples are always shouting to gain favor from the bosses. Did McBrown not increase our viewership too? Or did you give her the acting talent too?
DO WE SEE FOOTBALL TEAMS ATTACKING PLAYERS WHEN THEY CHANGE TEAMS? My only advice to McBrown is, there are bad colleagues and imperfect systems everywhere so stop granting interviews about your former employers Take it from someone who has spent over 20 years in this industry and just Shine Your Eyes and Enjoy Your New Job because “emmre yenni nka so”.
This attack by some Despite Media workers is not cool and gives us a BAD CORPORATE IMAG
