Afronitaa, whose real name is Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah, officially parted ways with Dance With Purpose (DWP) Academy a few days ago.
Speculations about her departure had circulated earlier, and the news was confirmed through a press statement posted on the official social media pages of DWP.
In the statement, DWP acknowledged Afronitaa’s departure, characterizing it as a challenging decision to release the talented dancer from the group.
The statement read, “We are happy to announce that our dear Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah (Afronitaa) has moved on as a brand on her own. It was a tough decision to let Afronitaa go, but her move is in line with the mission of Dance With A Purpose (DWP) Academy: to build brands out of all the young and gifted personalities that join the family.”
