Any Man Who Marries One Woman Won’t Go To Heaven- Gospel Musician

Kenyan musician, Kevin Kioko, better known by his stage name Bahati has controversially stated that men who do not practice polygamy won’t go to heaven.

While promoting polygamy on the “men’s corner” broadcast with content creator Baite, the musician strongly advocated his theory. During their conversation, Bahati questioned the pastors who supported one wife and asked to find where the Bible forbade polygamy.

Bahati questioned why pastors today still advise their congregations to only have one wife in the conversational video that Diana Marua posted to her YouTube account. According to him, the preachers ought to demonstrate where in the Bible God commands us to have only one wife.

“I feel like something that might prevent men from going to heaven is choosing to have only one wife. God will question why I allowed Solomon and David to have many wives, but you chose to have just one.”

Born on December 22, 1994, is Bahati. When he was young, his parents passed away, so he sought refuge at the ABC orphanage in the Mathare slums. He attended Ongata Rongai, Kajiado’s Nakheel High School before switching to Eastleigh Boys High School.

It is unknown why he was transferred. In 2011, he took the KCSE, or Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, and received a C+. He made the decision to pursue a career in music in 2012. Bahati had demonstrated his passion for music before focusing solely on it in 2012. He sang solo at the Nakuru, Kenya, national-level music festival while still in high school, and the audience was astounded by his talent.

He continued his work after high school in the hopes that it would help him escape poverty, and true to his aspirations, it succeeded. He collaborated with J Blessing to make Siku Ya Kwanza, which was his debut single. Mama, which was well accepted by the audience and the gospel community, came next. More and more people were asking for his tunes.
