Black Sherif And Showboy Exchange Words On Social Media Over ‘Bullies’

Tru News Report recently captured Showboy and Black Sherif engaging in a fiery online dispute, as evidenced by a sequence of Snapchat posts.

Black Sherif initiated the conflict by subtly taking aim at Showboy, sharing thought-provoking messages about bullies and delving into the negative aspects associated with their behaviour in a post that started a new conversation around entertainment in Ghana.

Following this post, Showboy promptly appeared and attacked Black Sherif, tagging him as an unfaithful individual who repaid those who supported him with wickedness, thus exemplifying the true nature of a bully.

Showboy replied thus, “Ungrateful niggaz attract bullies and bullies hate ungrateful niggaz. If you’re loyal, a bully will protect you. If you’re disloyal, a bully will torment you. Don’t be ungrateful. Always appreciate the little help another guy shows you on your way up.”

Black Sherif found Showboy’s posture funny and said:

Showboy cautioned Black Sherif against using his fluency in English as a shield to mask his disloyalty, mistakenly believing that profound words could absolve him from the core issue that fueled their conflict.

Based on the aforementioned information, it is clear that the dispute between Black Sherif and his former manager that led to a legal battle that eventually resulted in an out-of-court settlement is the fulcrum of the new beef.

Before this, Black Sherif was advised to consider resolving the legal issues with his ex-manager and investor, Shadrach Agyei Owusu, also known as Snap, through an out-of-court settlement.

The case, which has been ongoing since 2022, was initiated by Black Sherif’s former financier, who accused the popular artist of abandoning him and signing a record deal with Empire Entertainment without his consent, leaving him in a difficult situation.

Showboy, a close friend of Black Sherif’s former manager, has advised the rapper to reconcile with him and take the necessary steps to resolve the matter, thereby avoiding the need for a court trial.

He emphasized that if the ex-manager does not see any favourable outcomes from the prolonged legal proceedings, the situation could take a spiritual turn.

Showboy suggested that all it would take for Black Sherif to rectify the situation was a simple apology and compensation for his former manager.

“He [Snap] called me yesterday before going to court and he doesn’t like the court situation… Black Sherif, these court issues are very deep. If the other party loses, it might turn into a real challenge. It will turn spiritual.

“In your hearts of hearts, you know he has helped you. Forget the court issue and apologize to Snap and thank him for helping and believing in you. He once gave you a place to lay your head, got you a car and fed you. Just acknowledge that and let’s move on. Now you have been signed to Empire, one day, at your convenience, you can give out something to him as a token of appreciation,” Showboy stated in a viral video.
