CHAN 2022: Ghana Finishes 2nd In Group C As Madagascar Tops With 9 Points

Ghana’s Black Galaxies have qualified to the next stage of the competition in Algeria after coming second in Group C.

Madagascar, who beat Ghana in their opener, topped group C after defeating Sudan in their final game.

The southern African country scored three goals in the first half of the game on Monday night, and Sudan could not equalize.

This means Madagascar took all nine points from three games having been awarded three points for Morocco’s no-show at the tournament.

Ghana comes second in the group, while Sudan have exited after finishing third.

The next games for Ghana and Madagascar would be determined in the upcoming games in Groups D and E.
