Nana Kwame Bediako alias Cheddar, the founder of the New Force movement and a presidential aspirant, along with his wife, was recently photographed kneeling on the church altar while receiving prayers from the founder and leader of Perez Chapel, Bishop Charles Agyinasare.

The viral image shows the couple holding hands and facing the congregation as the general overseer imparts blessings.

The picture has sparked discussions on social media, with some applauding Cheddar for seeking divine intervention in his political quest, while others criticize him for what they perceive as a politically motivated endeavor.

Notably, various politicians, including Sam George, former president Mahama, and NDC leadership, have been previously seen seeking prayers from Bishop Agyinasare.

Until recently, the 43-year-old had concealed his identity as the face behind the New Force Movement. An event scheduled to unveil him was cancelled by the government at the last minute citing conflict with another state function.

He has since confirmed his identity and has been engaging in media interviews to outline his political ambition and vision for Ghana.
