The Grammy winner, 37, and NFL star, 34, made a visit to the hospital’s Seacrest Studios (a broadcast media centre given by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation) on Tuesday and spent time with the youngsters.
During their visit, the pair sung seasonal carols including “Deck the Halls” and “Jingle Bell Rock,” urging the children to join in.
For the patients who were unable to be there in person, the festivities were streamed directly into their rooms.
In addition to Christmas caroling, the pair read their book Why Not You? to the children and held a picture meet & greet.
In a video shared with PEOPLE, the “Like a Boy” singer and Wilson expressed their excitement before heading heading inside the hospital.
The pair celebrated Thanksgiving with their five-person family last month, which included their two children, Sienna Princess, 5, and Win Harrison, 2, as well as the singer’s 8-year-old son Future Zahir, whom she has with her ex-fiancé.
