Davido Buys iPhone 14 Pro Max For His Cleaner

Davido is famed for his benevolence and he was at it again after he gifted an iPhone 14 Pro Max to his cleaner.

It emerged that the domestic worker had complained to the Nigerian superstar that he needed a new phone. To his surprise, Davido ‘answered his prayers’ by getting him a brand new iPhone 14.

In a video that has been going viral online, the cleaner thanked OBO and prayed for God to bless him richly.

He also said that he uses an Android device which obviously means this is the first time he is using an Apple product, a luxury and an expensive one for that matter.

In a recent Forbes article wherein Davido covered the latest issue of Forbes’ Afrobeats All-Star; Pioneering The New Global Sound, the Nigerian superstar revealed some traits he learnt from his father and how it has greatly influenced his life.

The singer who is also a proud father of three said his religious inclination is something he picked from his father and as such he doesn’t joke with prayers at all. According to him, he and his team pray before going on stage to perform.

Beyond that, the music executive and serial hitmaker said his father is humble despite his riches.

Davido said he learned a lot from his father, Mr Adedeji Adeleke, particularly with regard to his embrace of Christianity and living a humble life.

The music executive said; “I learned so much from being around my dad, watching him in the office, hearing him on the phone, seeing how he handled life. He’s very humble, principled and a strong Christian. Before I step on any stage, my team knows not to mess with my prayers.”
