Following his appearance on UTV’s United Showbiz, Mr. Logic expressed his disappointment with Esther Smith over her decision to put her career on hold.

However, the renowned gospel artiste has now responded in a calming manner to the well-known panelists. Mr. Logic conveyed his disappointment towards Esther Smith for prematurely ending her successful career and relocating to Australia.

During the recent episode of the show, where Ghanaians engaged in a discussion about the greatest Ghanaian gospel artistes of all time, Mr. Logic acknowledged Esther Smith as deserving of the title. Nevertheless, he expressed sadness over her decision to depart from Ghana and curtail her flourishing career.

Tru News Report monitored the programme and heard Mr Logic saying:

“I am so disappointed in that woman. I am so disappointed in Esther Smith. I am so disappointed in Esther Smith. Whether it is marriage, a man, or whatever caused her to stop singing in the mainstream, I am telling her that some of us are disappointed. I am so disappointed to an extent; I wish I could say it to her face.

“There are some gospel singers, their songs and presence have changed the scene and she is one of them. Her songs were hits. The voice, composition, melody, and everything. This is a lady I don’t know why she disappeared,” he stated.

Upon stumbling upon the viral video, Esther Smith was deeply moved by Mr Logic’s words. She made a heartfelt promise to her fans that she would end her long absence and deliver exceptional music that would leave them satisfied. Expressing her emotions on Twitter, Smith shared her sentiment by stating: .

Mr Logic, you are absolutely right! I agree with you and my fans about “starving” Ghanaians. However, due to personal circumstances that was beyond my control, I had to relocate away from Ghana. But God in His abundance mercies, has restored me. You and my fans will see me in person very, very soon. God bless you
