David Kilonzo, also known as DK Kwenye Beat, is an award-winning artiste and a gospel musician from Kenya. David Kilonzo was born in the Machakos county town of Kangundo. He was raised in Nairobi’s Kayole Estate and is the family’s firstborn.

He attended Upper Hill High School for his secondary education, and despite being rebellious, he graduated, rehabilitated, and then entered the music industry as a gospel music specialist.
