His Opinion Didn’t Matter That’s Why Bob Marley’s Team Never Contacted Him – Kwabena Kwabena Slams Blakk Rasta

Kwabena Kwabena has slammed Blakk Rasta for his vile comments aimed at Sarkodie over his collaboration with Bob Marley on the song, ‘Stir It Up.’

The Barack Obama hitmaker recently shared a brutal assessment of Sarkodie’s verse delivered on Bob Marley’s evergreen ‘Stir It Up’ song. Most Ghanaians have ridiculed Sarkodie for his substandard input on the song released a few weeks ago and Blakk Rasta is echoing the same thing, albeit he went blunt and ferociously carved in his volatile image.

“You urinate right into the grave and walk away, laughing like a madman on heat. It hurt me so much that I decided never to talk about this issue,” he said on 3FM.

Blakk Rasta rated the new project as a disaster by saying, “The thing Mr Logic said is going to bruise some ego but I’m going to bruise more ego with what am going to say. “What Sarkodie did was nothing but a desecration of the legacy of Bob Marley.

It is so shameful, what Sarkodie did is nothing but a desecration of the holy music…should I go deeper? It is like a king has been buried and you go and dig him up, and steal the gold and diamonds that he’s been buried with.”

Rasta’s comment has been condemned by some celebs including Nana Aba Anamoah and now Kwabena Kwabena has weighed in on the issue.

According to Kwabena Kwabena, the ‘pull him down’ syndrome associated with Ghanaians influence Blakk Rasta’s comment. He also reminded him that his opinions do not matter which is the management of Bob Marley overlooked him for the feature despite being a Reggae artiste.

“They would have consulted him before going to the studio if his opinion had been required.” Sarkodie has now featured Bob Marley, which is significant, and we should all support him. This discontent didn’t begin today. “They did it to Shatta Wale, Fuse ODG, and now Sarkodie,” he said.
