I Don’t Want To Join You In The Gutters- Akua GMB Hits Back At Afia Schwar

Sally Akua Amoakowaa, popularly known as Akua GMB in Ghana’s showbiz industry, has responded cleverly to Afua Schwarzennger’s attempt to decipher a previous message she shared online, which ultimately led to the spread of false information about her.

Recently, Akua posted a cryptic message about wealthy men in Ghana mistreating and oppressing the poor without providing any additional details to support whether her opinion was a general observation or based on her personal experience.

Just as internet users were trying to interpret her message, Afia Schwar boldly stepped forward and claimed that Akua’s post was influenced by the arrest of her brother by her ex-husband, Dr. Kwaku Oteng.

According to Afia Schwar, one Dada, who is Akua’s brother, allegedly defrauded a woman who distributed Adonko products worth GHC 55,000. Afia Schwar further revealed that Dr Kwaku Oteng, while still married to Akua, employed Dada in his Adonko Bitters company.

Even after their marriage ended, Dada was not dismissed from his position because he was still an uncle to Dr. Kwaku Oteng’s children.

Afia Schwar claimed that she was still working with “Adonko” at the time. Dada promised the Adonko-distributing woman some Adonko bitters in exchange for the money, but she never received them.

However, Akua GMB strongly refutes these allegations and retaliates against Afua for spreading false information. She reminds Afua that if she believes she can provoke animosity between them and drag her into the gutters, which Afua considers her natural habitat, then she is gravely mistaken.
