GHOne Has Suspended Serwaa Amihere and Nana Aba Anamoah- Afia Schwar Alleges

Afia Schwarzenegger has provided an update regarding the Serwaa Amihere video incident.

In a widely circulated video on Instagram, Afia claims that the TV personality has been suspended.

Furthermore, Afia alleges that Nana Aba Anamoah, who is Serwaa Amihere’s godmother, has also faced consequences and been dismissed due to the release of the explicit video, which has unfortunately hurt the station’s reputation.

Schwar mentioned that GHOne will be releasing the news to the public in the upcoming days, so it is advised that Ghanaians refrain from getting involved in their internal investigation, as stated by the station recently.

“I can tell you on authority that both girls have been taken off the air”, Afia Schwar added as she continued to deliver her message.

Recall that the management of the Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) network, the parent company of GHOne issued an official press release in response to the recent news involving Serwaa Amihere.

The statement acknowledges the criminal proceedings initiated by the State against individuals allegedly involved in the publication of the video. The press release explains that the company’s public comment was delayed due to this new development.

Additionally, the statement mentioned that management has announced plans to conduct an independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the video’s release.

EIB network intends to share the findings of the independent investigation once it is completed, and further actions will be taken accordingly. Click here for the full statement:
