I Will Fight For My Name- P. Diddy Charges After Being Hit By New Rape Allegation

Rapper P. Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, has expressed his determination to defend his reputation amidst serious allegations made by his former girlfriend, Cassie, and a recent lawsuit filed by a woman who claims that he and two other men raped her nearly two decades ago when she was only 17 years old.

This latest lawsuit marks the fourth legal action taken against Combs in recent weeks, as he faces multiple accusations of sexual assault from various women, including his former girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, also known as Cassie. However, Combs and Ventura were able to settle her lawsuit, bringing it to a close just one day after it was filed.

Earlier this year, Sean Combs was seen attending the Met Gala, an annual high-profile event. In two new lawsuits, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is now facing allegations of sexual assault and revenge porn.

The most recent filings include a complaint from a woman identified as Jane Doe, who claims that she was subjected to “gang rape” and “sex trafficking” by Combs and two associates while she was still in high school.

The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in federal court in Manhattan, New York. According to the woman, she first encountered Combs and Harve Pierre, the president of Bad Boy Records, at a lounge in the Detroit, Michigan, area in 2003. She alleges that Pierre convinced her to join him, along with another man and a member of the group, on a private jet bound for Combs’s recording studio in New York.

The lawsuit states that before departing for Combs’s studio, Pierre instructed the woman to accompany him to a bathroom in the lounge. It is claimed that while in the bathroom, Pierre smoked crack cocaine and subsequently coerced her into performing oral sex on him.

Upon arriving at Combs’s studio in New York, the lawsuit alleges that Combs, Pierre, and a third individual provided the woman with drugs and alcohol.

“[The] 17-year-old Ms Doe became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age,” the filing read.

The woman stated that Combs later instructed her to accompany him to a restroom at the studio. Allegedly, Combs proceeded to forcibly remove her skirt and underwear and sexually assault her.

According to the woman’s account in the legal filing, she experienced periods of unconsciousness during the alleged assault due to the influence of drugs and alcohol that had been given to her earlier. She further claimed that at some point, Combs was replaced by a third man who proceeded to rape her while Combs watched from a chair outside the bathroom, despite her pleas for him to stop.

After the incident, she mentioned being escorted out of the building and assisted to a car as she was barely able to stand following the traumatic experience of being gang-raped. Subsequently, she was flown back to Michigan, but her recollection of the journey home is limited.

The court document also includes several images of the woman, with her face blurred, inside what is reported to be Combs’s music studio. One of the provided images depicts the woman sitting on Combs’s lap.

The alleged abuse inflicted by Diddy on Cassie serves as a distressing reminder of the dynamics of power within society. In the lawsuit, the woman asserts that learning about other cases filed against Combs and Pierre gave her the courage to share her own story.

Combs, in a statement, refuted the allegations, attributing them to an individual seeking financial gain through false accusations.

He charged on one of his social media accounts, saying:

FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS, I HAVE SAT SILENTLY AND WATCHED PEOPLE TRY TO ASSASSINATE MY CHARACTER, DESTROY MY REPUTATION AND MY LEGACY. SICKENING ALLEGATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE AGAINST ME BY INDIVIDUALS LOOKING FOR A QUICK PAYDAY. LET ME BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR: I DID NOT DO ANY OF THE AWFUL THINGS BEING ALLEGED. I WILL FIGHT FOR MY NAME, MY FAMILY AND FOR THE TRUTH.
