I’m Healthy And Strong- Actress Mercy Asiedu Debunks Death Rumours

Actress Mercy Asiedu has been compelled to release a video refuting the false rumours of her demise, which were initiated by a blogger affiliated with Amazing TV.

Recall that following her marriage to Nana Agyemang Badu Duah, the Chief of Kunsu in the Ahafo Ano South District in the Ashanti Region, Mercy Asiedu decided to temporarily pause her acting career and relocate to the United States. She maintained a low profile until this news emerged on social media days ago, which buzzed with entertainment in Ghana.

Expressing her disappointment, she criticized the blogger for spreading baseless death rumours about her. Mercy shared that as soon as the news of her alleged death spread, she received numerous concerned calls from her fans and family members.

She firmly asserts that these malicious broadcasts of her untimely demise are nothing more than a sinister plot to halt her progress in life. Mercy takes a moment to reassure her beloved fans that she is very much alive and kicking.

She said, “To all Ghanaians and my fans worldwide, l am not dead. As you can see, I am alive and kicking. God has blessed me with strength. I am not ever ill. I haven’t been ill. There have been rumours out there that I am dead. Bloggers on YouTube are parading lies. Parading falsehood that someone is dead is extremely outrageous”

“Everyone will eventually die but it shouldn’t be the case that you insist that someone has died when you don’t have the facts. They’re saying I am in the UK but I am in the US. They are scheming spiritually to kill me, hence the false narrative or maybe, it’s their mother’s they intend to kill.”
