Images From The Black Star Line Festival

The inaugural Black Star Line Festival took place in Accra, the nation’s capital, and was a memorable night of hip-hop music owing to the excellent performances of American musicians.

The free open-air music concert served as the culmination of a festival that lasted for a week. During the festival, Chicago-based Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper held a series of activities to rally the diaspora to contribute their skills and capital to the development of Ghana and Africa. The concert was held in an open-air setting.

The concert saw performances from Chamce the rapper, Erykah Badu, T-Pain, Vic Mensa, Sarkodie, Jeremih, Tobi Nwigwe, Asakaa Boys, M.anifest and many more.
