Inaki Williams Shares Cryptic Post After His Goal And Assist Against Barcelona

Inaki Williams posted a cryptic message filled with complexity and subtle references to Ghana immediately after his impressive performance against Barcelona in the Copa Del Rey quarterfinals.

Following Ghana’s disappointing exit from the AFCON, where Williams struggled and even made a costly mistake leading to a goal for Egypt, his club wasted no time in arranging a private jet to bring him back to Spain.

Despite only arriving in Spain less than 48 hours before the match, the Athletic Bilbao forward played a crucial role in their 4-2 victory over Barcelona, scoring a goal and assisting another.

Confident in his team’s ability to defeat Barcelona and progress in the cup competition, Inaki expressed his satisfaction with their success, stating that he returned for a specific purpose.

Shortly after the match, he took a dig at Ghana, implying that his destiny transcends mere fiction.

Here’s Willaim’s post Tru News Report sighted that has set the internet on fire:

Gorka Guruzeta provided an early advantage for the hosts, but Barcelona managed to equalize before halftime through Robert Lewandowski. Lamine Yamal then put Barcelona ahead with a score of 2-1, only for Oihan Sancet to level the playing field.

In the end, it was Inaki Williams and his brother Nico who secured victory for Athletic Bilbao. Inaki, who had recently participated in the Africa Cup of Nations, travelled from Ivory Coast to Paris before finally arriving in Bilbao on the day of the match. Despite coming off the bench in the second half, Inaki managed to make a breakthrough in extra time.

Nico, who represents Spain internationally, sealed the win with a goal in the closing moments, earning Athletic Bilbao a spot in the semi-finals.

Although Barcelona dominated possession, it was the hosts who posed the greatest threat with 27 shots on goal. However, 16-year-old Yamal, the youngest scorer in the competition, had a chance to secure Barcelona’s place in the semi-finals but missed an open goal.

With their defeat, both Barcelona and Real Madrid, who have been dominant in the Copa del Rey in recent years, are now out of the competition.
