Jay-Z’s Alleged Son Rymir Satterthwaite Files New Supreme Court Motion To Force Rapper Into Taking Paternity Test

After a 10-year paternity dispute, Rymir Satterthwaite, who claims to be Jay-Z’s son, has filed a new motion with the Supreme Court to compel the rapper to undergo a paternity test.

Satterthwaite has maintained since 2011 that Jay-Z is his biological father. The case has been ongoing since 2011.

Satterthwaite has accused Jay-Z of evading a paternity test for over a decade and has been fighting for answers ever since.

The legal team for Satterthwaite asserts that they have evidence proving that Jay-Z is his father, including the testimony of witnesses who were present during his mother’s relationship with Hova.

However, Jay-Z’s legal team has argued that the case should be dismissed due to issues of jurisdiction. In addition, they allege that Satterthwaite’s mother committed fraud by using a fictitious address on the paternity documentation.

According to the Daily Mail, Satterthwaite wants the case unsealed on the grounds that Jay-Z has purportedly been concealing it to avoid taking a paternity test.

He now wants Jay-Z to be forced into giving up his DNA so that he can prove once and for all that he is, in fact, Satterthwaite’s dad. Meanwhile, Jay’s attorney responded to the Daily Mail’s report, writing, “The allegations have been previously reviewed thoroughly by the courts and have been refuted. I am sure that will be the outcome of whatever filings Mr. Satterthwaite may be currently considering.”

Back in 2018, Satterthwaite told The Sun: “I don’t want money or anything like that from Jay-Z. I just want him to finally tell the truth to the world.

“He’s supposed to be a positive role model for our community – he stands there screaming ‘Black Lives Matter’ – well tell the truth and take responsibility.”

The case has garnered attention from the media and fans alike, with many speculating on the outcome of the legal dispute. Some have criticized Jay-Z for not taking the paternity test and potentially avoiding responsibility if he is indeed Satterthwaite’s father.

Others have questioned Satterthwaite’s motives and whether he is simply seeking fame or financial gain.

Jay-Z has consistently denied being Satterthwaite’s father, resulting in legal battles. Satterthwaite’s claims have made headlines in recent years.

In 2018, Jay-Z hit back in his 2018 album “Everything Is Love” on the track “Heard About Us,”

“Billie Jean in his prime,” he raps. “For the thousand time, the kid ain’t mine.”

“Online they call me Dad, kiddingly. You’re not supposed to take this Dad thing literally.”

The case is scheduled to go to trial in Philadelphia on December 5, 2023.
