Kafui Danku Chickens Out After She Was Charged ₵1,000 For Braids
Kafui Danku has succeeded in monopolizing the internet space this very minute after she disclosed on her social media platform that a ‘common’ braid hairstyle goes for a whopping ₵1,000 at East Legon, a suburb of Accra.
The actress, who was visibly furious, accused the NPP administration of overcharging her ₵1,000 at an East Legon salon where she went to have her hair braided. In a Facebook post earlier today, Kafui described her bad experience at the salon, describing how the owner was nasty and irritated because her client failed to greet her.
She voiced her shock at the rude attitude and the fact that, despite her willingness to pay, she was charged more than 1000 Ghs for braids. The mother of two also expressed sympathy for the young women employed at the shoddy salon. Kafui also took a minute to voice her annoyance, noting that she blames the NPP administration for her circumstances.
“That woman is rude and the worst service provider I’ve encountered. She charged me 1000 plus Ghs for braids which I was willing to pay but had issues just because my guest didn’t say hello ! “Anokwa ! “Truly, I pity those young girls working in such lousy salon!
I went to church today o, so I’ll leave it here.“Who even charges 1000 ghs for common braids! “For such charges, service should be top notch. “I blame the NPP government for all this.(sic)”
Kafui made her presence felt literally in January 2023 following the hubbub shrouding the Ghanaian side chic who defied all odds and dragged his sugar daddy to court over his failed promises, prompting the actress to voice her opinion about the trending issue.
Danku said if sugar daddies have no idea what their core capacities are, then they should sit at home and remain glued to their wives only. The actress, married to a white man who is probably too old to be her father, then asked her fans not to feel offended by her post because she is not feeling well.
