Kasoa Ritual Murder: 15-Year-Old Accused Gives Chilling Account Of Killing Of 13-Year-Old Boy

Felix Nyarko, the first accused person in the alleged murder of 13-year-old Ishmael Abdallah in Kasoa, has provided a chilling account of how, along with the second accused person, they killed the young boy three years ago.

Speaking under oath in court, Felix detailed the horrifying sequence of events that led to the tragic death of the 13-year-old.

Despite pleading not guilty to the murder charge, Felix openly admitted to participating in the killing during the commencement of his defence in the criminal case.

He recounted how the deceased was enticed into an uncompleted building, where he was mercilessly beaten with a stick, struck with a block on the head, and then buried while still breathing.

Felix disclosed that the motive behind the murder was to complete a ritualistic process aimed at acquiring wealth. The twisted idea originated from an advertisement he came across on Lucky TV, where a female host claimed that with GH¢5,000, one could achieve prosperity.

After discussing the opportunity with the second accused, Nicholas Kini, the decision was made to contact a fetish priest who demanded not only the GH¢5,000 but also required the sacrifice of a human being.

According to Felix, the second accused suggested using the deceased, Ishmael Abdallah, as he was a close friend. Initially planning a kidnapping with the intention of demanding a ransom of GH¢5,000 from Ishmael’s parents, their first attempt failed due to the inability to properly cover the boy’s mouth with a handkerchief filled with medicine.
