King Ayisoba Eyes Grammy Awards With New Album
King Ayisoba is aiming for a Grammy award and potentially Ghana’s inaugural Grammy win with his upcoming album, as revealed in a recent interview.
The indigenous musician, recognized for his unique Kologo guitar style, emphasized his dedication to investing significant resources into making sure the album is a success and reaches the top of the charts.
During an interview on A1 Radio, he expressed his intention to collaborate exclusively with Grammy-winning artists, highlighting his musical background and standards. Here’s what he said:
“Because many said that I deserve a Grammys award. So I want to feature someone who is big and has won a Grammys so that I may get a nomination. We are working on getting someone of the kind.”
King Ayisoba mentioned that he plans to collaborate with artists who have the talent to help him secure a Grammy award on the same stage.
He added: “Where I reach now, I think that I don’t need collaboration and even if I will feature, I need someone who has won a Grammys before. I will want to feature someone who can help me get nominated for a Grammys”.
