Kuame Eugene ‘Exposes’ Industry Person Who Never Believed He Will ‘Blow’

Kuame Eugene reflected on his experience on the reality music show MTN Hitmaker during an interview with Berla Mundi on the Day Show on Sunday.

Despite his talent being evident to everyone, including the judges, Kuame Eugene revealed that Magnom had doubts about his abilities.

While serving as one of the judges, Magnom reportedly expressed his lack of belief in Kuame Eugene’s potential. However, Kuame Eugene holds no grudges against Magnom and even shared a recent interaction where the artist approached him for a collaboration.

“I had a pass from Richie and Kaywa, but it was left with Magnom. Magnom didn’t like me; he said he didn’t think I was that good. The last time we had a conversation, he sent a song for a feature. I did not ask him that; no, it’s not good. Oh, I don’t think he’s even aware. It is not a big deal. That’s the guy I am; I was a nobody,” Kuami Eugene remarked.

Kuame Eugene, also known as the Rockstar, expressed his gratitude towards his current boss, Richie Mensah of Lynx Entertainment for his unwavering belief in him since day one. He credited Lynx Entertainment and CEO Richie Mensah for instilling self-confidence and determination in him, which helped him succeed in the music industry.

Kuame Eugene has recently made headlines due to a controversial interview granted to the media by his housekeeper, Mary, whom he had dismissed. The talented singer, who has won numerous awards, was forced to respond to Mary’s claims about her low salary while working for him.

Despite their close relationship and shared dance videos, many Ghanaians were shocked to learn that the superstar paid Mary only GHC 400 per month, given his status as one of Africa’s most popular artists.

Many were shocked by this revelation, as it is common for domestic workers in Ghana to receive this amount, but one would expect a higher salary for someone working for a celebrity like Kuami Eugene.

As shared by Tru News Report, Mary revealed to a Ghanaian blogger that the famous artist used to pay her a meagre GHC400 when she worked for him.

The young lady then added that after two years, her salary was increased to a mere GHC600. Unfortunately, she claimed during the interview that, due to some misunderstandings, Kuami Eugene had to let her go.

Kuami Eugene has previously expressed his admiration for his housekeeper, Mary, during an interview. However, he made it clear that he would not pursue any romantic relationship with her.

According to Kuami, Mary has become like a family member to him, thanks to his fiancée who introduced them two years ago.

In response to the widespread coverage of Mary’s statement, Eugene expressed his thoughts by stating, “ Nipa Bi Y3 Cobra “ and shared pictures of himself looking stylish and confident.
