Kumawood Star Frank Naro To Contest Ejisu Seat In 2024 Elections

Renowned Kumawood actor and singer Frank Naro has declared his candidacy for the Ejisu parliamentary seat in the forthcoming 2024 elections.

He aims to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and progress of the constituency and the country as a whole. In essence, he is refraining from affiliating with the two major political parties in Ghana, namely the ruling New Patriotic Party and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC). The current Member of Parliament representing the constituency is John Apontuah Kumah from the NPP.

For the past few years i have sat down to wonder how we can make this nation (Mother Ghana) work again. And this is what i have decided, to join the working force with a difference. Let’s make Ejisu better and make Ghana great again. #AriseGhanaYouth🇬🇭 Let’s all unite to make our nation strong.🇬🇭✊🏾

Frank Naro initially started his career as a backing vocalist on his colleague Kwaku Manu’s debut album “Wobete Kraw” in 2011. Although he wasn’t interested in pursuing music at the time, he later realized that he could also entertain Ghanaians with his music. His first single “I Like It” featuring Flowking Stone, however, did not receive a warm reception from Ghanaians.

After signing with Guru’s NKZ for a year and releasing a few singles, Frank Naro established his own label and has since released over ten songs featuring renowned artists in Ghana such as Fameye, Kofi Kinaata, Medikal, and Goya Menor from Nigeria.

He has also performed at various events in Ghana and abroad, including the Shakala Live Concert, Ghana Music Awards France, and Peevolution Album Concert.
