Man Bags 180 Days In Prison For What He Did to Little Girl

A man who fondled a 10-year-old girl’s breast and asked her to s.uck his m.anhood was given a 180-day prison term by the Accra Circuit Court.

This came after the judge determined that Emmanuel Mbachu had violated sexual assault laws. Mbachu, who is 26 years old, was found not guilty of the defilement allegation and released. The accuser, according to the prosecution, is an Accra businessman who lives at Palladium under the direction of Superintendent of Police Agnes Boafo.

According to a Ghana News Agency report, the victim and the accused, who has since been found guilty, share a home in Korle-Gonno. The accuser, who is the victim’s uncle, visited the victim’s father in Korle-Gonno on January 29, 2023, at around 10:00 am, but neither he nor the victim was present when he arrived.

According to the prosecution, the victim’s father phoned the complainant while he was still waiting and asked him to check on the victim. When the complainant questioned some nearby kids if they had seen the victim, they reportedly said they had seen her enter Mbachu’s room.

It said the complainant then went and knocked at Mbachu’s door but there was no response.

The prosecution said the complainant went and knocked for the second time and Mbachu opened the door.

It said the complainant asked Mbachu if he had seen the victim, and then he quickly went inside and brought the victim.  The prosecution said when the victim was quizzed as to what she was doing in Mbachu’s room, she said Mbachu had fondled her breast and also asked her to suck his manhood.
