In response, Meek tweeted that he would be returning for the second time. He wrote: “I’m coming back to Ghana too #askmeek.”

Furthermore, a Ghanaian fan enthusiastically encouraged the rapper, who shares a passion for motorcycles, to explore the talented trap musicians in the country, as they are thriving and making remarkable strides.

Upon receiving this message, Meek Mill expressed his firm commitment to signing one of these talented artists during his future visit to Ghana.

In December of 2022, American rapper Robert Rihmeek Williams, better known by his stage as Meek Mill, made his first trip to Ghana. He was a featured performer at the Accra Afronation event.

At some point during his vacation, he apparently visited the Jubilee House, the seat of government in Ghana, and filmed a music video there, including scenes in which he performs on the Presidential platform, and then uploaded it to Instagram.

After the backlash from Ghanaians on social media after he posted the video he then deleted clips of music videos from his social media accounts then later apologise through his social media handles.

he said “I don’t think they knew it was video footage when we asked to shoot it’s a small camera and one kid … in America, we didn’t know this existed and was excited to show because they don’t show Ghana on our media much! So I’ll take responsibility for my mistake! Not intentional”
