Nicki Minaj Stars In 50 Cent’s New Animated Series ‘Lady Danger’

Nicki Minaj is making her debut in the comic book and animation industry as Lady Danger.

According to a recent report by Deadline, Nicki Minaj, whose real Onika Tanya Maraj is prepared to exercise more of her imagination to both executive produce and star in the series.

The two-part comic book series, written by Alex de Campi with illustrations by Mulele Jarvis and John Lucas, had its premiere from Dark Horse Comics in 2015. Through his G-Unit Film & TV firm, Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson and fellow queens Nicki will both executive produce and voice the lead role.

In a two-part arc that was published in 2015, the character debuted in Alex de Campi’s Grindhouse: Drive In, Bleed Out series. The story follows a federal field operative who, after learning a terrible secret, is left for dead by her team in the year 2075.

In the end, she is revived as Lady Danger, a B.O.O.T.I. (Bureau of Organized Terrorism Intervention) agent who is described as “an afrofuturistic a**-kicking.”

While battling villains who are destroying the earth and its helpless population, the secret agent must keep her true identity a secret. Along with 50 Cent and Nicki Minaj, Carlton Jordan and Crystle Roberson will script the series and act as executive producers.

For Make Good Content, Brian Sher, Paul Young, and Mike Griffin are also executive producers, and the animation studio is Starburns Industries.
