Nigerian Actor Bolanle Ninalowo Features In Hollywood Movie, Extraction 2

The 2020 American action thriller Extraction is based on the graphic novel Ciudad by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, Fernando León González, and Eric Skillman. It is directed by Sam Hargrave (in his feature directorial debut) and written by Joe Russo.

Chris Hemsworth, Rudhraksh Jaiswal, David Harbour, Golshifteh Farahani, Pankaj Tripathi, and Randeep Hooda, who is making his international film debut, are among the actors who appear in the movie.

In the movie, an Australian black operations mercenary accepts a task in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to rescue an Indian crime lord’s kidnapped son. However, the mission fails when he is betrayed.

The Russo Brothers’ 2018-announced movie is a direct adaptation of the 2014 graphic novel they intended to adapt for the big screen. The fundamental plot is mainly preserved, however, there are a few differences between the movie and the graphic novel’s original material.

Extraction was made available on Netflix on April 24, 2020. It got accolades for its acting (especially Hemsworth’s), cinematography, editing, and action scenes, but received criticism for its screenwriting. With over 99 million views in the first four weeks, it became the most-watched original movie in Netflix history. On June 16, 2023, Extraction 2, a sequel with the same cast, is scheduled for release.

As stands now, the handsome Nigerian thespian was drafted in for the part two edition of the movie and from the behind-the-scenes footage he shared on Instagram, he played the role of a cop.

The video he shared has sparked a plethora of comments from his fans and movie fans alike who unanimously heaped praises on him for opening this chapter in his career.
