Pay For Your Graves And Coffins- NDC Cautions Owusu Bempah’s Led Demo Against Mahama

The Greater Accra Youth wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has warned Ernest Owusu Bempah and his allies planning to stage a counter-demonstration against John Dramini Mahama in response to the Occupy Jubilee House protest to buy their coffins and secure their graves beforehand.

Obviously shaken by the Occupy Jubilee House demonstration, Mr Ernest Owusu-Bempah Bonsu, Head of Corporate Communications, Ghana National Gas Company, and a stalwart of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) is planning to organize a similar demonstration to make John Dramani Mahama unpopular, despite the recent demo not being partisan.

The group per the information obtained by Tru News Report, has decided to picket at the office of the former president Mahama while vehemently asking the Special Prosecutor to investigate him over the infamous Airbus scandal.

From the foregoing, the MP for Ningo Prampram, Sam Dzata George, has taken to social media to assure the NDC Youth Wing of his full support to teach Owusu Bempah a lesson if he’s not ‘reasoning’ well and go ahead with this needless demonstration.

Sam George wrote;

Dear Amorse Blessing Amos, I have seen your letter to a non-entity that claimed it is preparing to embark on a journey to nowhere. Kindly know that I stand ready to offer any support that is needed by the Greater Accra Youth Wing to deal swiftly, brutally and decisively with any silly attempt that he and his paymasters seek to embark on. Enough of the rogue mercenary claptrap in this Country. 🦁💪🏾🇬🇭🔥

Meanwhile, check out the full statement from the NDC Youth Wing;

NDC NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS GREATER ACCRA YOUTH WING PAY FOR YOUR GRAVES AND COFFINS BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT A DEMONSTRATION AT MAHAMA’S OFFICE.

The Leadership of the regional wing has read with much disdain, a Peacefmonline report of which one Ernest Kofi Owusu Bempah, a self-styled convenor of an amorphous group, Fixing the Country Movement, has issued a 14-day ultimatum to picket in front of the office of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. We would have no issue if Owusu Bempah and his idling hirelings in the NPP want to express their revulsion against their own failed Akufo Addo/Bawumia government for its inability to stamp out corruption.

We are, however, averse to attempts by the so-called group to draw His Excellency John Dramani Mahama into the misgovernance of the present administration.

The group, if indeed it exists, and its leader, may have a right to demonstrate, but that right must not be exercised in a reckless, illogical and smoke-induced manner.

This statement goes as a warning or whatever they may want to call it, to Owusu Bempah and whoever he may be planning this with, that they should not dare come closer to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama’s office. If he and his lapdogs are men, they should make any silly attempt around that office.

In the event Owusu Bempah and his group remain nonchalant and attempt anything close to what they have announced, they should pay for their coffins and graves before they come.

There are hundreds of scandals under this government that Owusu Bempah must be interested in. If his government is unable to investigate alleged corruption, he should guard his loins and demonstrate against his own government.

It would only take someone whose brain may probably be on holiday, to dream of doing what Owusu Bempah has announced; all because a certain Akufo Addo/Bawumia government has not taken action on a supposed Airbus scandal. Mr Mahama is not in charge of any investigative institutions in Ghana. He cannot be blamed for the failures of the Akufo Addo/Bawumia govern- ment’s inability to investigate any supposed scandal.

If Owusu Bempah does not know this, then he must stop smoking those contaminated weeds and start reasoning like a normal human being conceived and birthed by a woman.

We shall be waiting for him at John Mahama’s office after the 14-day ultimatum.

Amorse Blessing Amos

Regional Youth Organizer.
