Rapper, Travis Scott Allegedly Asks DJ To Stop Playing Asake’s Song At Club In US

According to a video originally shared on TikTok, American rapper Travis Scott was sighted signalling to a DJ to stop playing Asake’s song in a club in Maimi, US.

The video shows the club DJ playing a song by Nigerian singer Asake while the hip-hop act was present.

According to the guy who captured the video, Travis allegedly told the Disc Jockey to stop playing “Sungba,” which was blaring from the speakers and requested that his own song be played instead.

When he had finished asking the mixer to comply with his request, he raised his head and noticed that he was being recorded. He then requested that the one filming him stop as seen in the video below;

Travis Scott’s real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II. He is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. His stage name is the namesake of a favourite uncle combined with the first name of one of his inspirations, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).

Scott has become a well-known pop culture icon and artist throughout the course of his career. Scott has worked with companies like Nike, Dior, and McDonald’s in addition to his well-reported relationship with American media celebrity Kylie Jenner.

He started the record company Cactus Jack Records in 2017. Additionally, Scott has become well-known for controversy and legal problems involving performance security.
