Read Yvonne Nelson’s Response When Asked If Her Book Will Be Adapted Into Movie

Yvonne Nelson has responded to questions on whether she will adapt her explosive book into a movie anytime soon.

When asked about the potential for adapting her book into a movie, Yvonne Nelson shared that she does not envision herself taking on the role of producer for the project.

“ I don’t think I’ll be the one to produce it but I feel great that people are reading,” she indicated.

While she did not provide specific details, her response suggests that discussions or plans for a movie adaptation may be underway.

Days following the publication of her contentious memoir, “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,” which is currently dominating public discourse, Yvonne Nelson has appeared in public to express her thoughts on the commotion surrounding her.

The actress and producer appeared on a Giovanni Caleb-hosted show for the first time since the book’s release, and she expressed her happiness that so many people are reading it.

“It is good Ghana is reading and I am happy about that. I am happy we are all reading,” she told Giovanni Caleb at a book signing event at the Accra Mall, on June 21.

Asked how she fell and whether she was facing any backlash from portions of the content, she responded: “Great that people are reading, I am happy people are reading.”

Asked whether she was Yvonne Nelson relative to finding out who she was, she maintained: “I am not Yvonne Nelson.”

She expressed joy in the fact that the book was number 1 on Apple Store in the area of memoirs and biographies whiles adding that stock have run out and plans were afoot to order more copies for the teeming and eager public.

Yvonne Nelson revealed that additional copies will be made available at the University of Ghana bookstore, emphasizing her commitment to ensuring widespread access to her memoir.

“By Friday we are going to get more and send them to the University of Ghana bookstore, I gave them copies and it got finished in thirteen minutes, all over Ghana we’ll make sure we supply to all the bookstores,” Yvonne told Giovani Caleb.
