Reggie Zippy Sends Heartfelt Birthday Message To Son Amid Separation From Ex-wife

Ghanaian singer and rapper, Reggie Zippie recently took to his official Facebook page to write a heartfelt message to his son, Ikhon, to commemorate his birthday.

Per the content of his message, despite the ongoing drama with his former wife, Edith Ward, Zippie made it clear that he is a loving and responsible father. In his message, he expressed his love for his son and even shared a touching story about naming him while in a German prison in Nuremberg back in 2007.

Zippie also addressed the negative image that Edith had painted of him, stating that he had always been a responsible father from day one. He even recounted a time when he and his friends were falsely accused and persecuted in Germany but found kindness in the midst of the ordeal.

Overall, Zippie’s message was a touching tribute to his son and a testament to his love and dedication as a father. Here’s his full post:

“My dear 1st son IKHON, today is Thursday 23rd November 2023, you were born on a Thursday just like today. Despite the challenges your mother and I faced before your birth, I still stood by her side to protect and see you become part of the living. I am reaching out to you for one last time as your father to remind you of the LOVE, SUPPORT and SACRIFICES your mother and I equally made for you and your younger siblings NOLAN n DIOR to have a happier and better life. You have broken my heart as your father for the past one year and I hope by seeing these photos of you and I over the past 15+years I’ve just shared online, you would realise that I want you to succeed and become a positive and great human being and influence in society and around the globe🌍. MY DEAR SON IKHON, I have loved you and even named you in a German prison in Nuremberg back in the year 2007 before your mother conceived you because I found kindness even when me and my innocent friends were falsely accused of something that we were completely innocent of and your mum will attest to that because she was with us when we were wrongfully and racially persecuted and prosecuted in Germany on our way from Amsterdam to Italy back in March 2007. I LOVE YOU JUST AS MUCH AS I LOVE YOUR YOUNGER BROTHER AND SISTER NOLAN AND DIOR”
