Russian Lawmaker Who Criticized Putin Dies In Strange “Window Fall”

A Russian senator who called Putin’s invasion of Ukraine “horror” has died in a mystery hotel fall in India.

Pavel Antov, a sausage multi-millionaire and member of United Russia, the largest pro-Putin party, went on vacation to celebrate his 66th birthday.

The Russian Consul General in Calcutta, Alexei Idamkin, informed TASS that the Russian meat entrepreneur “fell” out of a hotel window in Rayagada, Odisha state.

Indian media sources suggest Antov “jumped” from the hotel roof and was recovered in a pool of blood.

“We are constantly monitoring the inquiry and getting all of the information from the Odisha police,” stated Alexei Idamkin.

Antov’s Indian guide took him to the hospital, but a doctor there confirmed that he was already deceased.

The man, who was a father of one and was claimed to be Russia’s highest-earning elected lawmaker, is the most recent in a succession of high-profile Russians who were critical of Putin’s invasion of Ukraine to have died under mysterious circumstances.
