“It is a peaceful walk to present a petition that this is what we all love and that is the passion of the nation, which spells the death of the nation if it dies. That is why we are doing this,” he stated.

The protest comes on the back of Ghana’s disastrous performance at the 2023 AFCON currently ongoing in Ivory Coast.

Ghana crashed out of the ongoing AFCON in the group stage managing only two points in draws against Mozambique and Egypt while suffering defeat at the hands of Cape Verde.
