Portable has started the new year just the way he ended it by shutting down Port Harcourt, Rivers State with his first concert of the year.
The Zazuu star now touring with Portable Live In Concert 2022 included a performance for fans in a nearby river. As it stands now, he is currently the Nigerian musician to play a concert on a river.
Thereafter, Portable posted on Instagram to show his gratitude to everyone. He shared a video of the performance, during which he energetically danced and sang to people submerged in the water.
The singer wrote; “Wahala Wahala Wahala 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bizza Bizza Akoi port harcourt Asarama town IKA Of AFRICA Portable Omolalomi performing in the middle of water 😁😁
It’s another new year again we go harder👌👌life of an hustler 🎤🎤 Akoi Million Fans in the river ❤️❤️❤️”
Similarly, Portable recently set tongues wagging when he appeared at his Lagos concert in a white coffin.
Known for generating headlines for the wrong reasons, the Nigerian singer was in his element when six members of his crew were seen bringing the white casket from the entrance to the main stage while dressed all in white and acting as pallbearers.
The casket was seen being carried while being shaken. The coffin was set down and opened as they reached the centre of the stage. While being held within the coffin by his microphone, Portable, who was kneeling there, sprung to his feet.
