The news of a young doctor’s untimely demise in a car accident has deeply saddened social media users, who are expressing their grief.
Media personality Geovani Caleb, who happens to be a close friend of the deceased doctor, shared the heartbreaking news on social media, eliciting sorrowful reactions from fans.
Although initial reports suggested that the doctor did not pass away immediately after the accident, his friends and loved ones held onto hope for his recovery.
Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries. The late doctor, named Caesar, was a young and promising medical professional who had gained popularity on social media due to his mischievous and charismatic nature.
Geovani, overwhelmed with sadness, expressed his inability to bid farewell to his dear friend.
Similarly, Oman FM’s Wofa KK, whose real name is Kwabena Kwakye, sadly passed away a few days ago. Wofa KK, per the report by Adom FM’s Akwasi Agyemang, arrived for work but fell ill, resulting in his untimely demise.
Kwakye made significant contributions to Oman FM’s programming, particularly on shows like “Boiling Point” and “National Agenda,” where he often filled in for the regular host, Fiifi Boafo. Before his time at Oman FM, he worked with Adom 106.3 FM, a subsidiary radio station of Multimedia Group Limited.
Additionally, he served as a parliamentary and presidential correspondent for Net2 TV. Throughout his career, Kwakye collaborated with esteemed individuals such as Professor Kofi Agyekum, Professor Kwesi Yankah, Mr. Kwabena Agyapong, and Hon. K.T. Hammond, who currently serves as the Trade Minister.
He also played a crucial role in supporting Kenneth Agyapong during his presidential candidacy bid within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), although he ultimately faced defeat against Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia.
In 2017, President Akufo-Addo appointed Kwabena Kwakye to the Board of the Ghana National Petroleum Company (GNPC), under the chairmanship of former acting National Chairman of the NPP, Freddie Blay.
