Renowned TikToker, Kakai Shatta has been apprehended by the police on charges of engaging in fraudulent activities through the deceptive portrayal of a disabled individual.
Kakai Shatta was previously featured on Onua TV when he publicly acknowledged and even proved his ability to walk. However, he defended his acts by claiming that he assumed the façade of a disability in order to win sympathy for others who are disabled.
