You Are Not Correct- Brother Sammy Hits Back At Arnold Asamoah Baidoo
Brother Sammy has hit back at entertainment pundit Arnold Asamoah Baidoo for calling him out on live TV on United Television (UTV) a few weeks ago.
Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, a regular contributor to United Showbiz on UTV, criticized Brother Sammy for having recourse to a curvy lady who shook her backside to promote his album launch on April 29, 2023.
The entertainment reviewer thought the viral video to this effect was disgusting and called Brother Sammy’s actions “foolish.” The gospel artist who was also a guest on the show had some concerns with Arnold’s statement a week later and expressed his dissatisfaction.
“As I sit here, I am praying that God would give me patience because the foolishness is becoming too much. The point is in the House of the Lord, what we saw is very shameful, very disturbing and very troubling. See these are some of the silly things being done in the Jerusalem temple that caused Jesus to use a whip on them because, in the eyes of the Lord, it’s an eyesore,” Arnold had said.
Earlier on in the program, the gospel artiste sought to justify the incident when he was called on the phone. This according to Arnold made his action the more unacceptable.
“If he had been remorseful or apologetic when you called him, we would have said okay, he did it but has realised that he went overboard. But here he is, justifying and actually making a mockery of those who have a problem with it,” he fumed.
However, Brother Sammy was not enthused about the words Arnold used to describe him and in his typical demeanour, hurled his invectives from his side of the coin at him. He stated;
You cannot tell me that I’m stupid. So the body I used in the video, can’t she draw souls to Christ?… Then it means you are also not correct since you also talking about the issue.
As the wise person here, you should have called to tell me that what I did was not right rather than you telling me that, I am behaving foolishly with the gospel. You the wise person should have advised me but now that you insulted me on live television, then it means we both fools.

Rumours about Bro Sammy and his wife’s marriage hitting the rocks have often dominated the internet. Not too long ago, his wife, Mrs Perpetual Opoku explained how she was manipulated by her husband’s friend to dissolve the marriage in an interview with Kofi TV.
Perpetual claimed Bro Sammy’s friend, Solomon, had lied to her about his infidelity and counselled her to leave him. She further revealed that all the rumours about their marriage falling apart are untrue and that she has no plans to leave her husband.
Mrs Perpetual Opoku, better known as Obaa Yaa, said that all of these lies almost caused her marriage to fail and that as a result, she has come to trust her husband more. Brother Sammy, who was in attendance as well during the interview, indicated that they get along well.
