Adjetey Anang Launches New Book To Celebrate Turning 50

Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang has published a new book to mark his 50th birthday. The acclaimed actor has written a memoir about his life in which he hopes to reveal his experiences, values, and personalities that have impacted his career and character throughout the course of his life.

The actor hopes that writing a book about his life will motivate and guide young people with aspirations of greatness to make the best possible decisions for their own growth. At the book launch, prominent figures from the creative arts, business, and politics came together to show their support for a trustworthy colleague.

Adjetey Anang follows in the footsteps of fellow actors Juliet Ibrahim and Yvonne Nelson, who have also written about their lives.

The recent release of Yvonne Nelson’s memoir, I Am Not Yvonne Nelson, has generated a lot of controversy online due to its shocking revelations.

When Adjetey Anang appeared on United Showbiz on United Television (UTV) during the latest edition and was asked to share his opinion on the trending subject which has become the biggest Ghanaian entertainment news prevailing now, he said he can’t judge Yvonne Nelson for threading on the path she took which has earned her a mixture of applause and criticism. 

Adjetey Anang highlighted the importance of mutual understanding and healing for both sides while expressing his uneasiness with the conflict between Sarkodie and Yvonne, two persons he admires.
