Amerado Knocks Fan Who Said Fameye Wrote His Banger ‘Kwaku Ananse’ For Him

Rapper Amerado who was displeased by a fan spreading false information on Twitter, stopped him in his tracks with an instructive tweet, correcting the falsehood.

Jay South, the individual behind a tweet, insinuated that Fameye was the mastermind behind Amerado’s latest track, Kwaku Ananse, as it exuded Fameye’s distinctive style.

Upon coming across the post, Amerado promptly asserted his rightful ownership of the song and emphasized that his songwriting prowess had never been subject to doubt.

Jay wrote;

I still believe @Fameye wrote the entire song. A well written song can only be from one person and that’s Peter. @Amerado_Burner is good but nah not this time. You can’t tell me otherwise

According to Amerado, this is not true because writing good songs has never been his definition. He stated,

Amerado wrote Kwaku Ananse and that is not beyond him!!!! Get it!

Although he has yet to find his feet in the industry commercially, when it comes to entertainment in Ghana, Amerado is a force to be reckoned with. After achieving third place at the Solid FM Freestyle Show in 2015, Amerado garnered the attention of renowned music producer, sound engineer, and A&R specialist, Azee Ntwene.

Recognizing Amerado’s talent, Azee Ntwene signed the rapper to his esteemed label, MicBurnerz Music. A significant milestone in Amerado’s career came in 2018 when he was featured on Sarkodie’s hip-hop anthem, “Biibi Ba.” This collaboration garnered critical acclaim and even secured a nomination for Best Hip-Hop Song at the prestigious 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

On August 8, 2019, DJ Black, a prominent figure in the Ghanaian music scene, unveiled a controversial list ranking the country’s top 50 rappers. Notably, Amerado secured a spot in the forties, solidifying his position as a respected artist within the industry.
