BB Naija’s Doyin Reveals Why She Stopped Going To Church
Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, widely known as Doyin, a former contestant on Big Brother Naija, has opened up about her decision to cease attending church despite being a Christian.
The reality star expressed her disillusionment with the state of Christianity, citing a recent incident involving an American pastor who allegedly stole $1.3 million from church members.

Taking to her Instagram story to share a screenshot of the news about the American pastor, Doyin expressed her dismay, stating, “People ask me why I no longer go to church. Ridiculous things like this are the reason. Just imagine this one saying God asked him to steal, and you’ll find people in his church who will defend this madness.”
She went on to criticize the declining standards within Christianity, noting that it seems one must be “just plain stupid” to endure certain sermons in today’s context. Doyin concluded her remarks by reflecting on God’s patience amid such challenges.
