Blakk Rasta’s Salary When He Was At Zylofon ‘Leaked’

Blakk Rasta has disclosed the substantial salary he used to receive every month during his time at Zylofon FM under Nana Appiah Mensah’s leadership.

Despite parting ways with the station due to the challenges faced by Nana Appiah’s Menzgold company and the subsequent inability to pay employees, Blakk Rasta still holds a positive view of his former boss.

Blakk Rasta acknowledged that NAM1 was an excellent employer, even though he was highly sought after in the radio industry. He even mentioned that NAM1 gifted him a brand new Mitsubishi Pajero.

When questioned about why his car was not seized during the Menzgold controversy, Blakk Rasta explained that the vehicle was registered under his name, which spared him any troubles with EOCO when the Menzgold crisis erupted.

In addition to his salary, Blakk Rasta mentioned that he received other enticing incentives. During an interview with George Quaye on Joy FM, he revealed that he was earning GHS 10,000 per month.

However, this salary arrangement only lasted for three months, starting from the beginning of his tenure at Zylofon FM.

Blakk Rasta clarified that his salary was discontinued due to the issues faced by Menzgold. Despite not receiving his salary for approximately 12 months, Blakk Rasta continued to work passionately because of his love for the job.
