Burna Boy Named In TIME’s Most Influential People Of 2024

Burna Boy’s reputation has reached new heights with his inclusion in Time Magazine’s prestigious list of the 100 Most Influential People of 2024.

This recognition from Time Magazine is a testament to his immense impact on the world through his art, activism, and cultural influence.

Renowned singer and Grammy winner, Angelique Kidjo, paid tribute to Burna Boy on the Time Magazine website.

In her heartfelt message, Kidjo acknowledged Burna Boy’s instrumental role in the global recognition and acceptance of African music, as he carries on the legacy of the late Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Anikulapo Kuti.

This recognition comes days after the Grammy Award-winning artiste was included in the prestigious list of the Sexiest Men Of The Moment, which was published by the renowned American magazine, Essence.

The top spot on the list was secured by British actor Damson Idris, as revealed in the latest edition of Essence’s Sexiest Men Of The Moment magazine.

According to the magazine, Burna Boy’s appeal goes beyond his physical attributes and is attributed to his unique African swagger.

The magazine also highlighted how women admire his commanding presence and captivating voice on stage while praising his impeccable style.
